By creating a Nerdak account you accept these terms. The service is at nerdak.com and in the mobile apps.
What Nerdak is
Nerdak is for logging collections and items, with as many photos as your plan allows. Premium adds nested folders, public showcases and, if you want, a profile.
Account
You need an email and a password. You are responsible for what happens with your account. The email is never shown in public.
Plans
Free: one root collection, up to 50 items, the photos the plan allows, no showcase or public profile. Premium (€24.99 a year, once payments are live): nested collections, more photos, showcases and profile. Until then premium may be turned on by hand.
Your content
Collections and photos are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them according to what you publish. Do not upload anything illegal or that you do not own.
Public links
Anyone with a showcase link can view it. Revoking it kills that link. A public profile is visible by handle.
Use
Do not try to break the service, access other accounts, or use Nerdak for harassment or spam.
Delete the account
You can delete it in Account. That removes your data from the service. It cannot be undone.
The service
Nerdak is provided as is. There may be outages. We are not liable for losses beyond what the law requires.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If one part is invalid, the rest still applies.
