Nerdak is a collecting service at nerdak.com. This page says what we store, why, and what you control.
Who processes the data
Nerdak (nerdak.com) processes the data needed to run your account and collection on web, iOS and Android. If something is not solved in the app, use nerdak.com.
What we store
Email and password (Supabase stores the password hashed; Nerdak never sees it). Collections, items, notes, prices and photos you upload. Public name, photo and handle, if you set them. Your plan (free or premium) and the session so you are not asked to sign in every time. The interface language stays on your device. The email is never shown in public. We do not sell your data.
Why
To create and keep the account, store your collection, enforce plan limits, and — only if you turn it on — publish a showcase or a profile. The legal basis is providing the service you asked for. Public pages exist because you switched them on.
What other people see
By default, nothing. A public showcase shows pieces, photos, condition and edition; price only if you mark it; notes never. If it is not anonymous, the name and photo you set are shown. A public profile lists only non-anonymous showcases, and only if you enable it. The email never appears on any link.
Who helps us
The database, sign-in and photos live on Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). They process data so Nerdak can run, not for their own use.
How long
For as long as you have an account. If you delete it in Account, we remove email, collections, photos, showcases and handle. The session stops working.
Your rights
You can view and change your data in the app and delete the account. In the EU you can also ask for a copy, restrict processing, or complain to your data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
Children
Nerdak is not meant for anyone under 14.
Changes
If we change how we use data — for example when payments or ads go live — we will update this page.
